Winner: Beltway Crossing Northwest

Spanning 123 acres on North Gessner Road, Beltway Crossing Northwest is becoming a crucial development in terms of industrial space and opportunities for business expansion.

The master-planned, deed-restricted corporate park was converted from a power plant’s excess land. Now, the development is a Class A business park with 2 million rentable square feet made up of warehouse distribution and flex office space.

The industrial park was made possible by a partnership with seller NRG, which acquired the land in September, and buyer Panattoni Development.
