We are experienced with institutional joint venture relationships such as our $2 billion joint venture with CalSTRS established in 2010. We have partnered with many institutional investors such as AEW, The Carlyle Group, Clarion, Crow Holdings, Invesco, LaSalle Investment Management, MetLife, Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP), Prudential, TA Realty Associates, and WP Carey.
Experienced, Professional Institutional Quality Partner Investment Committee
Our Investment Committee consists of our Board Members: Carl Panattoni, Adon Panattoni, Bill Bullen, Doug Roberts and Chris Wilson. The risks and rewards of each project are carefully reviewed by our Investment Committee with the Local Partner and an assigned Regional Finance Officer providing our capital partner surety that all projects have checks and balances from inception to final approval. Substantive project changes require subsequent Investment Committee review and approval. All projects require Investment Committee approval prior to funding.
