Panattoni Development Company breaks ground on southeast El Paso industrial park

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Global real estate development firm, Panattoni, announced Monday that it has broken ground on a new industrial park in southeast El Paso.
Construction is officially underway on Pellicano Industrial Park, located at Pellicano Drive and Aircoupe Way in southeast El Paso, Panattoni Development Company announced on Monday.
Pellicano Industrial Park — strategically situated near the Zaragoza Port of Entry, I-10 and Loop 375 — is expected to be complete in October 2024 and will include five buildings totaling some 1,837,800 square feet on 108 acres when finished.
Pellicano Industrial Park is a joint venture between El Paso-based Hunt Companies and global development firm, Panattoni Development Company, with Ware Malcomb as the architect and Layton Construction as the builder.
