Justin Komppa is Director, Capital Markets for Panattoni Development Company. In his role he is responsible for managing capital markets activities for multiple local offices throughout the United States. He provides insightful capital markets feedback and recommendations to the Panattoni Partners and Executive Team. He helps develop capital strategy tailored to each individual project. Justin leads negotiations and the execution of complex transactions with capital partners from acquisition through development, stabilization and disposition. By developing relationships with investors and brokers he is able to support the Panattoni team and other industry partners.

Prior to joining Panattoni in 2020, Justin received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MBA from University of California-Irvine. He previously worked as a Portfolio Manager in the CRE division at Associated Bank in Milwaukee and later spent two years at a mortgage banking firm, Cohen Financial. Before joining the team at Panattoni he spent four years at a private equity firm that was focused on investments in retail and medical office sectors.
