People: Lindy Deller named developing leaders chair

NAIOP Northern Nevada announced Lindy Deller, current board member for NAIOP Corporate and NAIOP Northern Nevada has been named as the developing leaders chair for the U.S. and Ex-Officio to the Corporate Executive Committee.
In this new role created by the board of directors, Deller will be the first to assemble and lead a national committee of developing leaders in more than 25 years.
Deller will facilitate national programs for young professionals and report to the executive committee. As a development manager at Panattoni Development Co., since 2018, Deller has a range of experience helping to expand the growth of the commercial real estate field in Northern Nevada.
She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of real estate development including land procurement, entitlements, construction, and lease-up of commercial real estate projects. Deller received the Developing Leaders Award from NAIOP Corporate in 2021 and the NAIOP Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Women and Underrepresented Professionals in 2024.
