Clifton Coffey is a Partner for Panattoni Development Company in the Florida region. He brings 20 years of industry experience to his position and is responsible for oversight and execution of all aspects of development including origination, design, entitlement, construction, leasing and disposition. Prior to joining Panattoni Clifton spent 11 years working with Link Logistics Real Estate, most recently as Managing Director of Investments and Development.

During his career, Clifton led or assisted with the acquisition and/or disposition of industrial real estate totaling in excess of $50 billion of transaction value, including in excess of $10 billion in direct managed or co-managed logistics investments and capitalized development within the Southeast US region. He was responsible for land acquisition, construction financing, entitlements, design, leasing and disposition for 10 million square feet of Florida development completions and future pipeline.
