Jacob LeBlanc is the Partner for Southern California. Jacob is responsible for all aspects of Panattoni’s office and industrial operations which includes acquisitions, development, capital structuring, leasing, management, and disposition.

Since joining Panattoni in 2006, Jacob and his team have delivered more than 15 million square feet of real estate including major projects such as the Renaissance Rialto Assemblages in Rialto, California (+/-3.2 million square feet), the Inland Empire Global Logistics Center in Moreno Valley, California (+/-1.5 million square feet), the Rialto Fulfillment Center projects in Rialto, California (+/- 1.9 million square feet), and the Anaheim Concourse in Anaheim, California (+/-1.35 million square feet).

Prior to his real estate career, Jacob played professional soccer for the New York/New Jersey Metrostars in Major League Soccer. Additionally, Jacob was on the nationally ranked men’s soccer team and graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
