Bio

As the Managing Partner, Southeastern United States, Dayne manages the Southeastern Regional team. He is responsible for business procurement, site selection, development management, construction management, leasing, contract negotiation, and the day–to–day operations. Dayne has worked for Panattoni Development since August 1999 and has been an integral part of more than 75 Million Square Feet of development in a variety of capacities including leasing, development management, and finance.

Prior to joining Panattoni, Dayne was a commercial real estate construction lender with Bank of America where he led the capitalization effort on several hundred million dollars in projects throughout the U.S. including regional malls, shopping centers, outlet centers, apartments, land, offices and industrial.

Before working for Bank of America, he worked for Landauer Associates in Atlanta consulting and appraising on a wide variety of investment grade commercial properties. Dayne has worked in commercial real estate since 1987.
