Adon Panattoni serves as the Global Chief Executive Officer of Panattoni Development Company. He oversees all aspects of daily operations and development for the company’s 65 offices located throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Adon also serves on Panattoni’s Board, Executive and Investment Committees.

In 2022 Adon oversaw the expansion into India and the Nordic market with the opening of a new office in Stockholm, Sweden. Panattoni was able to expand into the Middle East with the opening of an office in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia in 2024.

Prior to becoming Global CEO, Adon held the position of Regional Director for the company’s development operations in Southern California. Prior to that, Adon was the Southern California Retail Partner where he was responsible for all facets of development for retail projects in the area including business procurement, site selection, development management and contract negotiations.

Before joining Panattoni, Adon was an Investment Sales Broker for Colliers International in the downtown San Francisco office. He was able to accumulate transactions totaling over $150 Million.

Prior to Adon’s career at Colliers, he was employed as Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo in the downtown San Francisco Real Estate Group. Adon was responsible for sourcing and underwriting development financing transactions over$80 Million.

Outside of Adon’s work with Panattoni, he supports local area organizations including the Building Blocks Foundation, where those in the commercial real estate industry come together to support programs dedicated to helping youth in the Orange County community. Adon is a proud supporter of the OC Fallen Firefighters relief fund, assisting firefighters and their families throughout California. In 2019 and 2020, Adon served as the President of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Men’s Guild.
