Lower Macungie, PA–Allen Distribution, a third-party logistics company, has acquired a 580,000 square foot facility at 3041 Schoeneck Road from Panattoni Development Company, Inc. in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania.

The structure is located in Panattoni’s Lehigh Valley Crossing, a major business park in Lower Macungie, Pennsylvania. The park can accommodate an additional 610,000 square feet of building space.

Kim Meincke and John Van Buskirk of Jones Lang La Salle represented the purchaser. Bill Wolf and Sean Bleiler of CBRE represented the seller.

This is Allen Distribution’s first venture into the Lehigh Valley. The firm already has a strong presence in Central Pennsylvania, with 2,500,000 square feet of space in Carlisle, PA.
