Andrew Tighe has over 20 years of experience working within the Commercial Real Estate industry. As Senior Director of Finance and Operations, Andrew develops and maintains debt and joint venture equity relationships for the North American platform. Andrew collaborates with market leaders to align operations, accounting, and finance teams across all business lines. Working with local partners he serves as a key resource for expanding business into new markets.

Previously working with Colliers International for the Corporate Services Team, he focused on office and industrial leasing and investment sales. Following his work with Colliers, Andrew was hired by Wells Fargo and spent six years in commercial real estate lending and banking. Following his time at Wells Fargo he was hired by HFF (now JLL) and spent three years as a commercial mortgage banker working to place debt and joint venture equity for institutional and private commercial real estate investors and operators. In 2015 Andrew joined Panattoni Development Company as a Regional Finance Officer before transitioning to his current role.

Andrew is an active Member of NAIOP and enjoys working with local philanthropic organizations including being a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire.
