Bham architect wraps up 58-acre industrial park project

A Birmingham-based architectural firm completed the design phase of four speculative industrial buildings near Toronto, Canada.
Five South Architecture partnered with Toronto-based JRI Architects to design more than 1.3 million square feet of logistics space.
The industrial park, named 8000 Dixie, is located at a former Ford Motor Co. parts distribution facility site in Brampton, Ontario. The developer is Panattoni Development, headquartered in Irvine, California, with an office in Toronto.
