Bio

Brad began his real estate career with a national brokerage firm specializing in industrial sales and leasing for 5 years. In 2006 Brad joined Panattoni Development Company to establish a presence for Panattoni in Western Canada focused on new projects in Edmonton and Calgary. Brad gained comprehensive experience of the development platform identifying new acquisition opportunities; executing due diligence, entitlement approvals, land and building construction; asset stabilization; financing; and dispositions. In addition to his responsibilities for Western Canada, Brad has played a key role as the single point of contact for several corporate accounts where Brad has worked with repeat Panattoni clients in various markets across Canada. Brad has been directly involved in $2B development project value, several hundred acres of land development projects and over 7 million square feet industrial building development.

Currently, Brad is the Managing Partner, Canada overseeing all offices in Canada and is a part of the North American Development Group serving Panattoni corporate accounts across Canada.

Brad has previously held member and volunteer positions with NAIOP, various municipal advisory committees, real estate forum committees and community league associations.
