Bio
Starting with Panattoni in 1996, Brent Collins brings three decades of construction and real estate experience.
As a North American Development Group Partner, Brent is responsible for managing relationships across north America. A native of Placer County California, Brent works with Panattoni teams across the US and Canada to deliver complex and varied projects. Brent is responsible for all aspects of the development process including site acquisition, due diligence, design, zoning and entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and disposition.
Brent’s development experience includes over $7 Billion in commercial and industrial development on over 60 million square feet. With a client focused approach, Brent has maintained repeat clients with as many as 55 repeat projects for a single client. North American clients rely heavily on Brent’s ability to negotiate and deliver complex infrastructure with high profile projects, frequently with sensitive labor conditions.
Brent Collins is the proud co-founder of the TRADESTRONG Foundation. The TRADESTRONG foundation supports trade school bound students and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs.
