Houston, TX–Furniture Brands, Inc. has leased 109,386 square feet within the Airtex Industrial Center in Houston, Texas. The 486,720 square foot Class A industrial facility, located at 14810 North Freeway, was completed in 2009. Other tenants include: Houston Furniture Partners and Velocity Acquisitions.

The wholesale furniture distributor lease brings the facility to 100% occupancy and reflects an expansion of the firm in the Houston area. Don Dennis, Senior Vice President for Panattoni’s Texas operation, commented, “In this slower economic environment, Airtex Industrial Center has still been able to attract companies who need superior visibility and access to Interstate 45. We have several remaining land sites suitable for industrial, office and retail uses available for sale or build-to-suit.”
