Gerardo Ruiz is Partner, Mexico with Panattoni Development Company. He is responsible for business procurement, development management, leasing and day-to-day operations for Mexico. Gerardo brings over 25 years of industry expertise to this position.
His experience includes pervious work as a real estate broker, project manager and in investment management.

Prior to joining Panattoni , Gerardo served as Founder and Managing Partner with Prosperity Industrial Real Estate where he led a Capital Markets team raising over$350 million in equity to invest in the industrial real estate market in target markets throughout Mexico.

From 2013 – 2019 Gerardo founded and served as Managing Partner for Advance Real Estate. He led financing efforts for over $350 million with top lenders in the industry. He was able to led transactions to create a $1 billion portfolio with investments from a large institutions investor which included development projects and acquisitions.

Gerardo has experience in investment management with Lasalle Investment Management (Mexico). During his time with LaSalle he served as Chief Operating Officer and lead a team managing an investment portfolio representing investments over $1 billion.
Gerardo is fluent in English and Spanish; conversational in Portuguese.
