NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, awarded its 2024 CRE Scholarship for Women and Underrepresented Professionals to Panattoni Development’s Lindy Deller. This scholarship, jointly sponsored by Herndon, Virginia-based NAIOP and industrial giant Prologis, was mawarded to Deller because of her talent and commitment to advancing diversity in the commercial real estate industry, NAIOP said. The NAIOP and Prologis Inclusion in CRE scholarship program “aims to cultivate a diverse pipeline of talent for development and operations roles within commercial real estate,” NAIOP said.

As a scholarship recipient, Deller, who serves as a manager for Panattoni in Northern Nevada, will have the ,opportunity to earn the NAIOP Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development or ,Finance through courses offered by NAIOP’s The Center for Education. In her role at Panattoni, Deller is ,responsible for the day-to-day operation of real estate development, including land procurement and ,entitlement, construction and the leasing and management of primarily industrial projects.

Deller serves as a member of the board of directors for NAIOP corporate and NAIOP’s Northern Nevada ,chapter. She is also co-chair of the chapter’s government affairs committee.
