Holland Carroll oversees the company’s U.S. investment portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing returns. As the Director of Asset Management, she identifies new investment opportunities, and executes strategic initiatives to enhance value. Holland works closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, to align asset management strategies with the company’s long-term financial goals. She is responsible for budgeting, reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leads due diligence efforts to drive sustainable growth.

Joining Panattoni in 2008, Holland started as an analyst in RESG, transitioned to Financial Planning and Analysis and is currently the Director of Asset Management. She has been instrumental in developing a corporate budgeting and pipeline tracking system for the company. Prior to joining Panattoni, she worked with PwC in the audit division in Dallas, TX.

Holland is a strong supporter of local organizations in Dallas, TX including the American Cancer Society, St. Jude, Children’s Medical Center Dallas and the Ronald McDonald House Dallas.
