Bio
Jim Odewald was named Partner for the National Development Group in 2005. Prior to this position, he was a Senior Development Manager for the same group. Prior to joining Panattoni Development, Jim was the Vice President of National Projects with Alston Construction. He has been employed with Panattoni since 2002.
Prior to joining Panattoni, Jim was a project manager in Opus North Corporation’s design/build group for nine years.
In his capacity, Jim oversees development of Build-to-Suit projects in markets where Panattoni is without a local office as well as Multi-City Build-to-Suit projects throughout the Unites States and Canada. Throughout his career, Jim has been directly responsible for over twenty-five million square feet of build-to-suit development/construction.
