Joe Guion is a Partner for the Atlanta office with Panattoni Development Company. In this role, he is responsible for oversight and execution of all aspects of development including origination, design, entitlement, construction, leasing and disposition. Before moving into his current role, Joe was a Senior Development Manager and responsible for sourcing and executing development projects in Georgia and the Carolinas, completing over 8 million SF of development.

Prior to his role as Senior Development Manager, Joe served as a Regional Financial Officer, and primarily worked with the Local Partners in the Southeast, Mid Atlantic, Northeast, and Texas offices to arrange the capitalization and financial execution of development deals.

Since his tenure at Panattoni began in 2006, Joe has helped to negotiate and close joint ventures and financings for individual projects and portfolios. Prior to his role as a Regional Finance Officer, Joe was a part of the Asset Management Group for the Atlanta, Tennessee and the Southeast markets. These responsibilities included coordination and execution of all initiatives, operations and staffing. Before Asset Management, Joe was responsible for overseeing the Real Estate Services Group, which supported the company in portfolio valuation and development underwriting.

Prior to joining Panattoni, Joe worked for Fidelity Land Services where he specialized in the brokerage of forestry properties in Georgia.
