Bio
Johan joined Panattoni Development Company in 2020 bringing over 20 years of industrial development experience. Prior to joining Panattoni, Johan was a partner at NorthPoint Development with responsibility for development and acquisitions in the Midwest and Northeast. During his six years at NorthPoint, Johan developed more than 28 million SF of Class A warehouses of which over 15 million square feet were in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Prior to NorthPoint, Johan was a senior development manager for CRG for ten years. Johan is a member of NAIOP and SIOR. He has an MBA with a specialization in corporate finance / real estate finance from University of Denver.
