As one of the managing Partners in charge of Panattoni Development Company’s Chicago office, John is responsible for overall development, acquisition, and disposition of deal flow throughout Chicago. He also interfaces with clients, consultants, and brokers throughout the design and construction process. John has been affiliated with Panattoni since 2001 and has developed or acquired more than 15 million square feet of space.

John’s previously served as Senior Vice President at AMLI Commercial Properties. He was responsible for all aspects of development and leasing of new speculative buildings. John’s responsibilities included all phases of preconstruction, design, development and marketing of AMLI’s speculative building and build-to-suit development programs. Other positions held include Project Manager for Cantigny Golf & Tennis, Acquisition Analyst for Balcor, and Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen.
