Jonathan is a Director, Capital Markets for Panattoni Development Company, where he leads equity capital fundraising initiatives across multiple national markets, including Las Vegas, Ohio/Northern Kentucky, the firm’s U.S. Southern Border strategy, Build-to-Suit developments, and the firm’s Data Center initiative. He provides strategic guidance to Panattoni’s partners and executive team by structuring project-specific capital solutions, overseeing complex transactions from acquisition through disposition, and expanding both new and existing investor relationships.

Jonathan joined Panattoni in 2019 as a Financial Analyst and advanced through progressively senior roles within the Finance group before transitioning to Panattoni’s Capital Markets team. During his tenure in the Real Estate Services and Finance groups, he underwrote over 185 million square feet of acquisitions and development, representing more than $1.3 billion in investment sales, while supporting complex acquisitions, capitalizations, and financial structures across a broad range of opportunities, including build-to-suit and speculative developments, value-add acquisitions, and recapitalizations.

A Southern California native, Jonathan grew up in Manhattan Beach and returned after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona, where he earned a BSBA as a double-major in both Finance and Business Economics. In ,his free time, he enjoys beach volleyball, traveling, cheering for his favorite sports teams, and volunteering with local charitable organizations.
