Katina Woodbury is the Director of Human Resources for Panattoni Development Company. For over 40 years Katina has been connected to Panattoni, first starting as a runner and bookkeeper for operations and property management under Panattoni Oates & Massie Development Company. During the transition from Panattoni Oates & Massie to Panattoni Development Company in 1986, Katina was the Executive Assistant for Carl Panattoni. In 2000 Katina took on the responsibilities of human resources for the company.

During her tenure with Panattoni she has led branding efforts with logo development and trademarking, ushering in multiple changes with the increased use of technology, and helping process 401ks, benefits and comp structures.

In her current role, Katina is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and overseeing the company’s payroll and benefit systems. She engages with all employees and is quick to listen to what is needed by each individual and team. Throughout her time at Panattoni, Katina has utilized her many talents to meet the needs of the company. She has seen Panattoni grow from one office in Sacramento, to the international company it is today.

Outside of her work with Panattoni, Katina is involved with the Society of Human Resource Management, having received certification from SHRM. She is involved in Epidermolysis Bullosa initiatives and causes.
