Lee & Associates of Illinois Represents Green Bay Packaging in Aurora, IL Industrial Lease

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has negotiated a long-term lease transaction for a 73,592-square-foot industrial space located at 2200 Sullivan Road in Aurora, IL.
Michael Plumb, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Green Bay Packaging, Inc. (GBP) and their Coated Products Division. Noel Liston and Nick Krejci of Core Industrial Realty represented the owner, Panattoni.
“As a native of Green Bay, WI it was an honor to represent Green Bay Packaging, Inc., long regarded as one of Wisconsin’s top blue chip companies and a leader in the North America’s corrugated packaging industry,” Plumb said. “We were able to take advantage of the changing industrial market dynamics by identifying a largely vacant new building and negotiating highly favorable terms that align with today’s second-generation space.”
According to Plumb, the availability of power and infrastructure like transformers and switchgear continues to be a driver in absorption for both new construction and second-generation industrial space.
