Panattoni Development has been issued a $2.52 million permit for interior finishes at its 95,000-square-foot office building being completed at 35 16th Ave. S. in Music Row, according to a Metro Codes Department document.

The building will house the headquarters for performing rights organization SESAC.

Alston Construction is serving as general contractor of the project, with the building standing five stories.
