Panattoni Development Company, Inc. will be developing a 93,000 square foot build-to-suit project for Interroll, Inc. in Paulding County, GA, a western suburb of Atlanta.

Interroll, a Switzerland based firm, will be using the facility primarily for distribution and assembly purposes when it occupies the space in the third quarter of 2013. The firm is a leader in rollers for material handling equipment. This building will be owned by Interroll, and this state-of-the-art facility will be an expansion of their space currently occupied in the vicinity.

Panattoni’s development will kick off the new Paulding Commerce Center, a Class A, 130-acre business park.

The developer worked in partnership with Paulding County’s Economic Development Department, and the County’s Industrial Building Authority.

Panattoni Development selected ARCO Design/Build as the General Contractor, Wakefield Beasley as the Architect and Travis Pruitt as the Civil Engineer.
