Phil has led teams responsible for evaluating new markets, shaping investment criteria, and driving portfolio growth. He works directly with brokers, owners, capital partners, and internal teams to move projects from initial review through execution.

Before joining Panattoni, Phil was Managing Director of Investments at Altus Properties in Denver and Columbus. He managed all acquisitions, dispositions, and developments in the firm’s core markets, including Minneapolis, St. Louis, the Front Range of Colorado, and Columbus.
