Rivian inks industrial deal for Seattle service outpost

Electric vehicle maker Rivian is expanding its footprint in the Seattle region, signing a deal for a planned service center in Bothell.
The Irvine, California-based company leased space at North Creek Commerce Center, a 240,601-square-foot flex industrial park at 18712 Bothell Everett Highway under construction by Panattoni Development, according to a CBRE market report.
