Arlington, TX–Sarnova, HC, LLC has signed a lease for 65,000 square feet in a distribution facility totaling 364,000 square feet in Forum 303 Crossing, Arlington, Texas.

Panattoni Development Company, Inc. is the developer of the business center, which encompasses more then 500,000 square feet of buildings.

Sarnova will be using its space to distribute healthcare products in the emergency medical services and respiratory markets. The firm will be joining Cleveland Steel Container dba Southpak, as the second tenant in the Panattoni complex.

Nathan Lawrence of CBRE, represented Sarnova in the transaction. Steve Koldyke and Stan McClure, both of CBRE, represented Panattoni.
