Scott Siegel serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Panattoni Development Company, ensuring financial strategy and capital alignment with Panattoni’s long-term development goals. Since joining the company, Scott has structured, negotiated and closed over $8 billion in transactions. These include joint ventures and equity financings with a diverse array of capital sources, including both institutional and private partners.

Since joining Panattoni in 2004, Scott has previously served as the Executive Director of the Capital Markets Group, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s capitalization strategy and securing capital for the company’s acquisition, development and investment activities throughout the United States. He also served as the Director of Asset Management where he was responsible for coordination of asset management initiatives, staffing and operations.

Prior to joining Panattoni, Scott worked in business development, management consulting and commercial lending capacities in the real estate, financial services and technology sectors.
