Todd King is Panattoni Development Company’s Partner for the Houston market. In this capacity he is in charge of overseeing the firm’s industrial, office and build-to-suit activities. Prior to joining Panattoni, Todd was the Executive Vice President, New Business Initiatives at Vantex CPG/Vantage Companies. Other positions held include City Leader & Senior Director, Real Estate Development of Opus West Corporation and Senior Vice President, Development Services for Transwestern Commercial Services.

Todd has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. In his project management and principal/partner roles, he has been responsible for more than 4.1 million square feet of development and redevelopment projects throughout his career. Development product types include industrial, office, retail, campus and medical office.
