Bio

Travis has been in commercial real estate in both the private and institutional sectors since 1998. His years of experience cover construction, commercial brokerage, institutional asset management, finance and development. In his current role, Travis is the Seattle Partner for Panattoni with over 4.5 million SF currently under construction in the Pacific Northwest. He is a native of Pierce County, growing up in the South Sound, and he now resides in Gig Harbor with his wife and two daughters.

Travis is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and is a NAIOP Board Member for the Washington Chapter. He served as NAIOP Washington State’s President in 2023. Travis was NAIOP’s South Sound Chapter Co-Chair in 2017 and 2018.
