Tyler Banton serves as the Partner for Southern California with Panattoni Development Company. Tyler is responsible for all aspects of the company’s industrial, office, and retail operations in the region, including acquisitions, development, capital structuring, asset management, and dispositions. In addition, Tyler is responsible for the leadership of regional staff.

Prior to joining Panattoni, Tyler was a Market Leader and partner at an emerging industrial development firm, where he launched the Southern California office in 2022. He led the region’s development and acquisitions strategy before being appointed to oversee the Western U.S. platform, directing execution and operations of a 4.7 million-square-foot development portfolio.

Tyler is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He was also awarded Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award in 2023, which recognizes young leaders across the country who have a strong influence on the United States commercial real estate industry.
