The Panattoni Southern California team completed a 636,600 SF, 10 year Build to Suit (BTS) lease with World Kitchen (WK) at 2325 Cottonwood Avenue, Riverside, CA.  Uniquely, WK moved into the renovated 400,580 SF Cottonwood facility while the 236,020 SF BTS addition was being constructed.  The BTS expansion was completed in just seven months in order to meet WK’s compressed timeline.  This location will serve as WK’s West Coast distribution center bringing 125 jobs to Riverside and allow WK to optimize distribution across the West Coast region.  The cross-dock facility sits on 28.90 acres with building features that include 13,200 square feet of office, 30’ clear height and an ESFR sprinkler system.
